The rooms and location are pretty nice. Breakfast in the garden is also very nice. But the service , quality and prices aren’t appropriate to each other. Food is a hit or miss. Definitely not worth the price. -Tv has no reception. -No AC in the rooms. -Too loud music from the restaurant when sleeping in the main building. - no luggage service Definitely not a 5 star hotel. On the positive, there is a large are to relax.

This place is a joke. They claim to be 5 star place, but I don't think they have rights for it. They deserve maybe 2. Here are details: The rooms (I stayed in The Carriage House) do not have air condition, only fan, so it is hot and lodly in the room during warm summer days. The courtins do not block the light! So you are waken up at 4am. There is no desk in the room to sit in front of the computer. There is no elevetor or escalator. Also no one offered help with the suitcases. In the bathroom the shower head was mounted behind the glass so after the shower entire floor was wet. They use traditional keys instead plastic cards, so you need to carry heavy thing with you all the time, you need to shout down all the lights before leaving the room etc. At the entrance, the customer is treated as a thief or vandal - payment in advance for the stay, additionally in advance card charge for mini-bar and as damage deposit in the amount of PLN 500 (with refund to be made within two weeks)! I thought they had twenty-year-old Single Malts in the minibar, but there were two small bottles of the cheapest whiskey and three sodas :D Breakfasts of average quality, with only ONE very small, warm dish served. I paid a lot for a weekend (like for a 5 star place) and I received lack of sleep, a little bit of frustration and a disgust.
